  • My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in Jungian psychotherapy. I help clients explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion, working toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate dream work, active imagination, sand tray therapy, creative expression, EMDR, and traditional talk therapy.
