I am a Clinical Social Worker and Jungian Analyst with more than 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults facing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, women's issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
My approach is patient, relational, and compassionate. I strive to create a thoughtful and reflective therapeutic space where you can slow down, feel fully heard, and explore the experiences that have shaped your life. Together, we pay attention to recurring patterns, emotional struggles, relationships, dreams, and life circumstances, seeking a deeper understanding of both conscious and unconscious aspects of experience.
As a Jungian analyst, I am interested not only in symptom relief but also in questions of meaning, identity, and personal growth. I view emotional difficulties as opportunities to better understand ourselves and the forces that influence our lives. Therapy can help illuminate patterns that may no longer serve you, while opening new possibilities for healing, self-understanding, and change.
My work integrates Jungian psychotherapy with other approaches when appropriate, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and distressing experiences. Depending on your needs, our work may also include dream exploration, active imagination, sand tray therapy, writing, visual art, and traditional talk therapy. These approaches can provide access to deeper emotional and symbolic material that is not always available through conversation alone.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to the unique needs and goals of each person. Together, we explore how past and present experiences shape your inner world, creating space for greater clarity, emotional understanding, and a more integrated sense of self.
